* Your achievements are a reflection of what you believe is possible
* You first set desire into action by holding it in your vibration every day
* What you hold in your vibration gets set into motion – Hold the dream of your success for 1 minute a day (set a stopwatch). Add an extra minute on each week until you are up to 3 minutes. They say that’s all you need – 3 minutes of positive reflection and dream time to rally the universe.
