The truth is that sometimes we have the best of plans but our limiting self-sabotaging beliefs cut them short. Here’s how you can avoid the entire mess in one swipe.
Questions to Ask Yourself
- What do I want? (be clear and specific)
- What am I willing to do for it (work 5 days per week on it? Or 3? – declare your commitment)
- What will stop me?
- When I get stopped – what is the one thing that can get me on track again?
- When you get stopped, promise yourself you will do that one thing in #4. ;D
Protip: Make sure you write these questions out and revisit your answers often.
The truth is – we are all capable of genius – but those who DO and those who BE their own greatness are ahead of the rest.
The LIST practice is the way you can be ahead of your DO practice — What is one way you can BE who you wish to be? Write it down now and paste it on your mirror. This is your Dharma – for every day.
A strong start for a great year – come on – MAKE it so because you SAY it’s so.
