
Opportunity. Abundance. Always on the minds of the music artist looking to become a success. Success can look like many different things for many different people. For some people, success is a matter of achieving artistic success. That’s what it was for me.
I believe in the power of abundance and the power of good vibes to attract it. I’ve witnessed it in my own life, and in the lives of my students and friends.
Today I wanted to talk about frequency and how raising your frequency or vibration can help to attract abundance and opportunity into your life.
A popular conversation as of recently is “frequency”. We see Facebook memes about “how to raise your frequency”. Our bodies vibrate energetically as frequencies. Each of us has our own unique frequency, which exists in direct relation to our life’s experiences, past + present. That frequency can raise and fall along with life events and consciousness. Along with what we think, our food and the energy with which we do things affect our overall frequency.
Based on the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins (author, clinician, physician and scientist) and author of Power vs. Force and many more books, he created the Map of Consciousness where you can see the levels of consciousness and frequency outlined. His book The Map of Consciousness Explained goes into more details about the frequencies.
Your vibrational frequency is something that can be measured with physical instruments that measure scalar waves. I recently had my frequency read by my friends Alejandro Ferradas and Elena Bensonoff who do personal vibrational readings measuring scalar waves. They have read thousands of public figures and people in the past several years. You can read your current vibration and what you incarnated at (moment of inception), and then the frequency you were born at and as you move through life as well. What I discovered is this. My biggest shifts in frequency came from some of my hardest lessons. I also learned that those that are born at a lower frequency can rise quite high. I was born at 100 (fear) and my current vibration is 525 (love). However, it is only in the past 6 years that my frequency has raised from 250 (courage). I must say I have completely changed and I feel it in my heart and energy field. I look back at photographs or videos and I can see/feel the pain in my being that has somehow been set free. The biggest takeaway is that the work you do on yourself is REAL and it can be measured. Never stop working on yourself. You matter. And every moment of work contributes not only to your field, but to the field of our collective consciousness. The higher we rise, the better our world gets. Everyone counts.
David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., was Director of The Institute for Spiritual Research, Inc., and Founder of the Path of Devotional Nonduality. He was renowned as a pioneering researcher in the field of consciousness, as well as author, lecturer, clinician, physician, and scientist. People from all walks of life and nationalities honor Dr. Hawkins as a teacher of advanced awareness, exemplified in the title “Foremost Teacher of the Way to Enlightenment.” His life was devoted to the upliftment of mankind until his death in 2012.

- Eat a High Vibrational Diet (organice, living, raw, chlorophyll, fruits, veggies, herbs etc)
- Help Others

- Meditate: Visualize white light filling and surrounding your body
- Create: Music, Art, Write
- Expand Consciousness: read, watch positive uplifting videos (Ekhart Tolle etc)
- Hydrate and Flush Toxins (drink spring water or water in glass bottles – Aqua Panna)
- Exercise: Dance, Yoga, Swim, Hike, Run, Rebound
- Spend Time Alone in Nature (express gratitude for Mother Earth, Madre Terra)
- Listen to High Vibrational Music + Healing Frequencies (528hz, 432 hz)
- Be Grateful
- Practice Forgiveness (Ho’oponopono)
- Focus on Your Mental Health
- Practice Self-Acceptance
- Education: learn new things
- Deep Breathing
- Singing
- Prayer or Connect to Your Higher Self (or Zero-Point Energy Field “Source”)
- Take supplements
- Try to Remember to Do Everything With Love (even when it’s hard)
- Refrain From Gossip
- Read Uplifting or Inspirational Books
- Rest, Wander, Daydream
- Laugh Alot
- Visualize a Positive Future Timeline
- Be Honest and Sincere
- Live a Balanced + Moderate Life
- Do Therapy: talk therapy, IFS, neurofeedback – therapy helps!
- Do Things That Make You Genuinely Happy
- Avoid Toxic People
- Clean and Clear Your Energy with Lightworkers + Healers
- Declutter Your Desktop and Your Home
- Detox: Take Weekly Relaxing Baths + Sauna When You Can
- Practice Self-Love and Love of Others
- Spend Time Alone
- Get Sleep + Practice Self-Care
- Turn off the TV
