The 12 Solfeggio Frequencies: The Healing Power of Music and 528hz

Dating back to the 11th century, the healing frequencies of ancient solfeggio tones were created to heal the human body, mind, and soul. Based on the olden Gregorian chants, these scales were believed to be sacred. Used as spiritual blessings, meditations, and tools for soothing the human psyche – each frequency offers a solution to energetic blockages.

A normal, healthy body should resonate with a natural frequency of 65 – 75M Hz. While it might be surreal to think about, that means humans generate electromagnetic energy or “noise” even as we’re just standing in place.

When exposed to higher frequencies, such as those found in frequency healing, the human body is stimulated to heal itself. On the flip side of that, if the human body is exposed to constant low-frequency noises they can develop negative symptoms as a result.

As early as 1885, the Music Commission of the Italian Government declared that all instruments and orchestras should use a tuning fork that vibrated at 440 Hz, which was different from the original standard of 435 Hz and the competing 432 Hz used in France. In 1917, the American Federation of Musicians endorsed the Italians, followed by a further push for 440 Hz in the 1940s. In 1953, a worldwide agreement was signed. Signatories declared that middle “A” on the piano be forevermore tuned to exactly 440 Hz. This frequency became the standard ISO-16 reference for tuning all musical instruments based on the chromatic scale, the one most often used for music in the West. All the other notes are tuned in standard mathematical ratios leading to and from 440 Hz. This tone standard is now universally accepted, which is why a piano in Toronto sounds exactly the same as a piano in China.

Weirdly, no one can say for sure why this frequency was chosen in the first place. In fact, there are those among us who vehemently disagree with this standard. In fact, they consider the 440 Hz middle “A” to be an abomination against nature.

Adherents to this theory claim that a more “natural” frequency for middle “A” is 438 Hz. Others believe that the correct middle “A” is 432 Hz (also known as Verdi’s A) because it has “a pure tone of math fundamental to nature” and is “mathematically consistent with the patterns of the universe, vibrating with Phi, the Golden Ratio. They point to how this pitch can be connected to everything from nautilus shells to the works of the ancients, including the construction of the Great Pyramid.

Furthermore, 432 Hz resonates with 8 Hz (the Schumann Resonance), the documented fundamental electromagnetic “beat” of Earth. It just feels better.

Research says that music tuned from this frequency is easier to listen to, brighter, clearer, and contains more inherent dynamic range. As a result, music with this tuning need not be played at higher volumes and thus reduces the risk of hearing damage.

The more radical among middle “A” haters insist that the true frequency should be 528 Hz because it’s a “digital bio-holographic precipitation crystallization [and] miraculous manifestation of diving frequency vibrations.”

It is said there is allegedly something sinister about 440 Hz. It is said that the Rockefeller Foundation had an interest in making sure the United States adopted the 440 Hz standard in 1935 as part of a “war on consciousness” leading to “musical cult control.”

Without going too far down this rat hole, this theory says that tuning all music to 440 Hz turns it into a military weapon. I’ll leave it to you to ponder.

While it is easiest for a body to maintain homeostasis around frequencies that mimic its normal frequency range of 65-75 Mhz, higher frequency exposure in the form of sound therapy can help eliminate negative thought processes and retrain neural circuits.

The Original Solfeggio Tones are: 396 Hz (Ut), 417 Hz (Re), 528 Hz (Mi), 639 Hz (Fa), 741 Hz (Sol), 852 Hz (La).

While the ancient Solfeggio scale tones detailed above are the most notable and enduring, having been used for hundreds if not thousands of years, Dr. Leonard Horowitz applied the same patterns in his research to uncover three more frequencies: 174 Hz, 285 Hz, 963 Hz.

The additional three solfeggio frequencies 9Hz, 99Hz, 999Hz have been recognized as the Infinite Healing Golden Wave: Vibration of 5-Dimension Frequency and positive energy that is completely freed.

Our modern-day musical scale is slightly out of kilter from the original Solfeggio frequencies and consequently is a little more dissonant, as it is based upon what is known as the “Twelve-Tone Equal Temperament” and falls within the frequency of A440 Hz. The ancient music scale was simply called “Just Intonation.” Furthermore, our modern music falls within the A440 Hz frequency (concert pitch), which in circa 1914 was changed from A417 Hz.

In today’s Blog, I’m going to walk through the 12 Solfeggio Music Frequencies and their benefits.

1. Solfeggio Tone: 174 Hz – Relieving Pain & Tension / F3 (174.614 Hz)

174 hertz is one of the Solfeggio frequencies, a series of tones used in sacred music that is believed in alternative medicine to have different positive effects on human health. 174 hertz is associated with the reduction of both pain and stress. When one is listening to this type of music, they will observe their breath gradually slowing down, making them very relaxed as they drift off to quiet meditation. Healing frequencies will relax the muscles, thereby alleviating tension or pain. For an example of 174 hertz therapy, see the video here.

2. Solfeggio Tone: 285 Hz – Safety & Survival / C#4 – D4 (277.18 – 293.665 Hz)

285 hertz is also one of the Solfeggio frequencies and is considered instrumental in the healing of cuts, burns, and other physical wounds. 285 hertz sound frequencies are supposed to activate the body into cellular regeneration, encouraging it to heal itself in the event of an injury. For an example of 285 hertz therapy, see the video here.

3. Solfeggio Tone: 396 Hz – Releasing Fear, Worry, Anxiety, & Guilt / G4 (391.991 Hz)

When listening to the frequency, the feelings of fear and guilt are released and cleansed. It helps remove subconscious worries and anxiety. While also removing subconscious negative beliefs that block your path to achieving personal goals. As one of the Solfeggio frequencies, the 396 hertz tone aids in the removal of the feeling of guilt, making it an effective addition to spiritual music. 396 hertz frequencies balance the root chakra while simultaneously transforming negative emotions such as grief into positive, joyful ones. For an example of 396Hz healing, see the video here.

4. Solfeggio Tone: 417 Hz – Releasing Negativity & Past Trauma / G#4 (415.3 Hz)

This tone releases negativity and all past trauma. It focuses on the removal of negative energy such as the energy surrounding a past trauma or negative energies in the ambient environment.

417 hertz therapy is designed to dissolve emotional blockages and activate the sacral chakra. It is linked to the solar plexus chakra and the color yellow, and it can bring relief because negative experiences and influences from the past slowly leave one’s consciousness. For an example of 417 hertz therapy, see the video here.

5. Solfeggio Tone: 528 Hz – The “Love” Tone: Clarity, Peace, & DNA Healing / C5 (523.25 Hz)

Also known as the love frequency, 528 hertz is one of the most well-known and popular of the Solfeggio frequencies. This musical tone is also known as the “miracle note” and has been used in native populations as a sound associated with blessings since before written history. For an example of 528 hertz sound therapy, see the video here.

It is a miracle tone or the love frequencies which have been claimed to heal the DNA and also cleanses an individual from any diseases and sickness. Healing impact is amplified through toning and meditation.

Also known as the “Mi” tone, this note has been viewed as sacred going back to medieval times, when it had two known definitions: a supernatural occurrence that can only be ascribed to a divine cause, or a marvelous wonder. 528 Hz is known for its connection to the vibrations and frequencies found in the natural world, such as the vibrations of chlorophyll.

Gregorian chants, which liberally use the 528 Hz frequency, are known to cause DNA to absorb more light than other types of music. According to advocates for 528 Hz healing, this is the frequency with which the Earth itself vibrates.

Because 528hz frequency is associated with miracles by some people, this frequency is possibly considered the holiest of the Solfeggio frequencies other than 852 Hz.

John Lennon recorded his famous song “Imagine” in 528Hz frequency. The 528 Hz frequency is often referred to as the “love frequency” or “miracle tone” due to its association with the heart chakra and its perceived ability to promote healing and transformation. This frequency is one of the original Solfeggio frequencies. It is believed to encourage the restoration of human consciousness to its full power and potential, and to repair DNA.

Music played in 528Hz frequency is the key of “C” when recording artists are “tuned up” to A=444Hz. Today, many musicians are recording in the A-444hz tuning. For an example of 528 hertz sound therapy, see the video here.

6. Solfeggio Tone: 639 Hz – Healing Relationships / D#5 – E5 (622.254 – 659.255 Hz)

The fourth frequency on the scale is 639 Hz, or ‘Fa’.

639 hertz is a sound frequency that affects the heart chakra. This sound frequency is associated with therapy intended to produce positive feelings and greater attunement to harmonious interpersonal relationships. As therapy, 639 hertz exposure encourages clearer communication practices and situational awareness.

It is a frequency with an ability to reconnect because it allows one to meditate on themselves, their life, and those of the people they value and love. It also promotes communication, love, understanding, and brings harmony into interpersonal relationships. For an example of 639 hertz sound therapy, see the video here.

7. Solfeggio Tone: 741 Hz – Problem-Solving & Emotional Stability, Removes Toxins / D#5 – E5 (622.254 – 659.255 Hz)

At the fifth frequency, we arrive at 741 Hz, otherwise known as ‘Sol’.

This is a tone of problem solving, more specifically problems relating to our ability to express ourselves freely and openly. 741 Hz frees us of emotional restrictions, but it also said to remove toxins and electromagnetic radiation from our cells.

741 Hz promotes a healthier and more stable life, both emotionally and physically. It allows the mind to expand, filling it with various solutions and new ways for self-expression. It unwinds a person’s worries and troubles, allowing one to think freely. It creates room for a healthier and stable emotional position and time for more profound intuition. For an example of 741 Hz sound therapy, see the video here.

8. Solfeggio Tone: 852 Hz – Harmony Internally & With the Universe / G#5 (830.60 Hz)

852 hertz sound therapy is a tone that is associated with redirecting the mind away from overthinking, intrusive thoughts, and negative thought patterns. These patterns of thought play a larger role in depression and anxiety. Exposure to this sound frequency can help alleviate the role of negative thoughts in these psychological ailments.

Use the 852 Hz solfeggio frequencies so that you can heighten your intuitions and strengthen your alignment with spiritual orders. You can connect with an omnipresent spirit in the universes and bring back harmony to yourself. For an example of 852 hertz sound therapy, see the video here.

9. Solfeggio Tone: 963 Hz – Create Room for Oneness & Unity / A#5 – B5 (932.328 – 987.767 Hz)

963 hertz sound frequencies are associated with activation of the pineal gland and higher spiritual development. The 963 hertz frequency is known as both the “pure miracle tone” and the “frequency of the gods”. 963 is associated with the activation of the crown chakra and a connection to the source of all humanity. For a sample of 963 hertz sound therapy, see the video here.

It awakens your interactions with oneness and interconnectedness with the Universe. You will receive pure and bright visions, along with a clearer state of mind. It is associated with awakening intuition and activating Pineal Gland. called ‘The Pure Miracle Tone.’ For a sample of 963 hertz sound therapy, see the video here.

10. Additional Tones: 9Hz, 99Hz, 999 Hz – The Infinite Healing Golden Wave: Vibration of 5-Dimension FrequencyㅣPositive Energy completely freed.

Listening to these tones helps calm and heal your body, mind, and soul. We are at the tip of understanding the power of sound as a healing force.
